Healthy Moms

West Point on the Eno
This natural and historic park is located along a two-mile stretch of the Eno River. The 371 acres of woods, waters and wildlife were once home to the Shocco, Occaneechi and Eno Indians. Approximately 1.5 miles of walking trails, canoeing and rafting are available. A variety of natural history programs, craft workshops and demonstrations and concerts are offered throughout the year.
